Terms of Service
Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Biarritz Private Drivers website and the booking of private driver services provided by AD Services.
Service Provided
AD Services offers private driver services including airport and train station transfers, private tours, event transport, and concierge assistance, mainly across the French and Spanish Basque Country.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are initiated through the website's booking widget, which sends a pre-filled message to AD Services via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once AD Services explicitly replies via WhatsApp confirming the price, the date, the time, and the route.
Pricing
Prices displayed by the booking widget are estimates calculated from the trip distance, the number of passengers, the time of day, child seats, and any applicable surcharges (night fare, hub access fee). The final price is the one confirmed by AD Services. For routes that do not match our standard pricing zones, a personalized quote is provided on request.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time of service, in cash or by card. Online payment is not currently available. An invoice is provided on request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. Special conditions may apply for events, weddings, and long-distance bookings, and are communicated at the time of confirmation.
Delays
AD Services makes every effort to be punctual. For airport and train station pickups, flight and train arrival times are monitored, and reasonable waiting time is included free of charge.
Customer Obligations
The customer must provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, the correct number of passengers, and any special requirements at the time of booking. Misrepresentation may lead to additional charges or cancellation without refund.
Liability
AD Services holds all the professional authorizations and insurance required by French law to operate a private driver service. AD Services is liable for the safe transport of customers and reasonable care of their personal belongings during the ride.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts of competent jurisdiction.
